In the past 12 years I have celebrate my birthday a little bit different and by different, I mean I go to a fascinating place in the world just to be there for my day. I didn’t took this decision for something in particular, I just felt I want something else, I had the typical birthday with cake and candles, big party, in my early years and I don’t like that anymore. So, each year in the week of 24 of January I go to a place to celebrate my birthday. In this blog post I will share with you 5 of my favourite places I’ve been on my birthday.
MAURITIUS
If youβre looking for a relaxing, unique birthday celebration,βthen Mauritius should be at the top of your list. This beautiful island has it all for a perfect birthday, beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, monkeys, good snorkelling, delicious food and stunning landscapes.
SEYCHELLES
Celebrating my birthday in a tropical climate was a dream come true. When I started to go places for my birthday, at first it was Europe, as everybody knows, it gets pretty cold in January and I wanted to be warm and to be outside, enjoying a tropical beach with a coconut in my hand and is what I did. One of my choses was Seychelles and I would do it again.
MEXICO
If you’re looking for a jungle getaway, stunning beaches, delicious tacos and swimming with turtles, well then you must go for your birthday to Tulum. I thought what could be better than climbing a palm tree and then eating tacos for my birthday. Tulum was the place where I experienced my first helicopter ride, it was the day of my birthday, making that day pretty special forever in my heart.
PARIS
Paris is the start of all my beautiful adventures. Paris was the city where I started my international traveling and of course it had to be a year later the city where I started to go places for my birthday, since then I’ve never skipped a year. It was the best decision. I love being away from familiar places, I love to explore and why not Paris no? Because Paris is always a good idea.
JORDAN
Oh, well.. what can I say? Could be a better place to be on your birthday than floating in the Dead Sea, petting camels and running on desert sand dunes. It was amazing! I place I would not forget. I spent that day playing with doggies and cats at the beach, floating in the sea and swimming above corals in the Red Sea.
